By accessing or using the HiTA Platform ("Platform"), you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform.
The Platform is currently in an alpha testing phase. It may experience unpredictable downtime or functionality issues. The Platform is provided 'as is', and HiTA disclaims all liability for any damages or loss incurred by users due to such service interruptions or performance issues.
The Platform is intended for educational support and academic enhancement. While we strive for accuracy, the information provided should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, your academic judgment.
The Platform may contain inaccuracies or errors. Users are responsible for verifying the information obtained from the Platform. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights must not be uploaded or shared. HiTA is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of the Platform's content.
All intellectual property rights in relation to the Platform are owned by or licensed to HiTA. Unauthorized use of the Platform content is strictly prohibited.
Users must engage with the Platform in a responsible manner. Activities that undermine the integrity of the Platform or its use may result in termination of access.
HiTA reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for users found to be abusing the service, such as by engaging in unauthorized sharing of content, disrupting the services, or other violations of these Terms. Users have the right to appeal termination decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States. Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the United States where the Platform is accessed.

Access to the Platform is restricted to users who have been invited by their instructor, typically college students. The Platform will soon cater to high school students as well.
Currently, HiTA does not permit third parties to link to the Platform without prior authorization.
HiTA may modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
